CODE : XG1 : Machine Learning / AI Scientist / Researcher 18 – 30 LPA
You will be responsible for :
Exploring and developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms for healthcare applications
Interpreting and analyzing data using exploratory mathematical and statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights on data (images, timeseries, signals etc)
Building Transformer based Image Analysis and Natural Language Processing applications utilizing novel algorithms pertaining to Liquid Neural Networks
Collaborating with healthcare professionals including medical doctors to understand and support clinical studies and then work on raw data processing
Building models and applying your work to a production pipeline
Communicating and delivering key proposals, concepts, and relevant results to collaborators and important stakeholders/customers
In relevant cases , should Innovate and protect intellectual property rights on novel project ideas through invention procedures
A top priority would also be to publish the research work in top conferences and/or journals .
Above attributes would make it necessary to have excellent skills in the following :
Deep learning architectures like CNNs, Autoencoders, Transformers and others pertaining to healthcare domain .
Classical machine learning techniques and algorithms like kNN, SVM, Random Forest, and XGBoost
Experience in Data Wrangling and Exploratory data processing techniques
Excellent skills in Applied Statistics
Building and optimizing predictive models with Deep Learning techniques
Tensorflow/ Keras / PyTorch and other Python ML libraries
A healthcare background with some understanding of clinical workflows, human physiology and medical data would be a welcome attribute
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Job Nature : Full Time with an option of being Hybrid [ In a week , three days working from home is acceptable ]
Qualification : MTech / BTech / MCA / BCA or equivalent with minimum 3 – 5 yrs experience in the Relevant Fields.

Good skills as a Python Programmer
Good aptitude , logical and reasoning skills.

Excellent command on spoken and written English .
Technical Skills :
Knowledge of Domains like NLP , Computational Vision and Time Series Analysis
Working knowledge of Frameworks including TensorFlow , Keras , PyTorch and ScikitLearn
Working knowledge of Google Cloud , Azure or AWS
Basic knowhow in ML Production Pipelines
